Zeph Grant

Zeph Grant is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Currently serving as Chief Systems Engineer at Leonardo since October 2025, Zeph focuses on advanced Electronic Warfare capabilities within the Combat Air sector. Previous roles include Engineering Director at TrainFX, Head of Research and Development at Thales GTS UK, and Engineering and Technical Director at Yellow Group. Additionally, Zeph was Chief Engineer at Quest Global, leading complex Electronic Warfare Systems and ensuring compliance with Design Assurance Frameworks such as DO178 and DO254. Earlier in the career, Zeph held positions as System Engineer at Virtuality Group and Systems Engineering Manager at Defence Evaluation Research Agency.
