Asma Ben amara

Asma Ben Amara is a Continuous Improvement Manager and Lean Expert with over six years of experience in optimizing industrial processes across multiple countries, including Tunisia, Mexico, Serbia, and Morocco. They hold an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Engineering School of Monastir and are currently pursuing further studies at IPEIM. Asma has successfully led diverse teams in implementing Lean methodologies and strategic projects, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and driving innovation. In addition to their professional roles, they have served as a Professor in Lean Management and Six Sigma, fostering the growth of future industry leaders.
