Carmen Groß

Carmen Groß has work experience in various roles related to human resources. Carmen started their career as a Personalreferentin/-manager at LEONI in November 1999 and held this position until April 2008. From May 2008 to December 2016, they served as the Head of HR Controlling & Policies at LEONI. In January 2017, they were promoted to the position of Head of HR Total Rewards at the same company. Prior to joining LEONI, Carmen worked as a Personalreferentin at FAG Personaldienste & Services GmbH from November 1998 to October 1999.

Carmen Groß obtained their Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Gymnasium Naila in 1993. Carmen then pursued their studies in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Coburg University from 1993 to 1998, earning a Diplom degree.
