Fatma Taher

Fatma Taher currently holds the position of Responsable amélioration continue and Développement RH at AKWEL Mateur since May 2023. Prior to this role, Fatma served at LEONI as Chef service amélioration continue beginning in January 2021, focusing on enhancing performance by implementing LEAN tools such as KATA, DMAIC, PDCA, 5S, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa. From July 2010 to December 2020, Fatma worked at LEONI TUNISIA in various roles, starting as Chef d'équipe RH, where responsibilities included data analysis, regular reporting, risk assessment, and monitoring HR performance indicators, alongside leading HR projects such as SAP implementation and employee retention initiatives. Fatma also held the position of Chef d’équipe amélioration continue, managing several performance improvement tools and initiatives.
