Ivan Đorđević is currently the Plant Manager at Leoni Wiring Systems in Southeast Kraljevo and Prokuplje. They previously served as Production Segment Leader at LEONI, where they managed over 1,200 production operators and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards. Ivan also held positions as Head of Product Section, Engineer for Development of Series and Data Management, and Coordinator of the Design and Development Department during their tenure at LEONI. They earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Energetics and Process Engineering from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Niš between 2009 and 2016, and they led the Student Parliament there from 2013 to 2015.
