Luc Ferrier has extensive experience in human resources and administration, holding various roles across multiple companies in diverse sectors, including automotive and healthcare. Currently serving as RRH & Administration at LEONI since December 2017, Luc manages a business unit of 150 employees and the general administration of three facilities. Previous roles include operational RRH at Iron Mountain France, where responsibilities encompassed over 300 employees during a critical merger, as well as leading HR functions at AQUADIM, HellermannTyton Global, and RIWAL, where Luc established HR functions in rapidly growing environments. Education includes a Master 2 in Human Resources Management from UVSQ and significant training in digital transformation in HR.
