Matej Daňo

Matej Daňo, PhD, is a leader with over a decade of experience in production management, currently overseeing three segments at LEONI WIRING SYSTEMS Slovakia. They hold a PhD in Engineering/Industrial Management from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave, where they also obtained both a Bachelor's and Engineer's degree in the same field. Passionate about enhancing complex systems, Matej co-founded the National Development Indicator (NUR) initiative to promote evidence-based thinking in public policy. Their career includes roles in process and production engineering, focusing on quality improvement and process optimization.
