Michael Detert

Michael Detert has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Michael held various positions at ZF Group from 2002 to 2019, including Global Human Resources Director for multiple business units and Corporate Director of Human Resources for the Asia/Pacific region. In 2019, they joined LEONI as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Wiring Systems Division. Michael later became the Senior Vice President HR & General Manager Non-Manufacturing Sites, overseeing a wide range of functions globally. With a strong background in HR and organizational transformation, Detert has played a key role in driving growth and development within these companies.

Michael Detert completed their undergraduate studies at Universität Osnabrück from 1998 to 2005, earning a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Business Administration). After a gap of several years, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Capital Management from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung between 2014 and 2019.
