Michael Engl

Michael Engl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael started their career at Schaeffler, where they worked as a Student BA Mannheim, gaining experience in various departments of IT while studying. Michael then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, specializing in SAP HCM and Finance and Controlling. During their time at Schaeffler, they also served as the Deputy Manager CC HR in IT, supporting the management of a worldwide operating department and overseeing specific projects. In 2012, Michael joined LEONI as a Programm Manager, responsible for managing various programs. Michael later became the Head of HR Systems and Projects, where they oversaw HR systems and led projects. Most recently, they assumed the role of Global Head of HR Masterdata, Payroll, and Time Management at LEONI.

Michael Engl attended DHBW Mannheim from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
