Nathan Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager, Engineering Team Leader, and Resident Engineer at LEONI since June 2015, Nathan engages in new product introductions, design support, and quality assurance for manufacturing processes. Additionally, as Co-Founder and CEO of All We Are since July 2009, Nathan oversees budget management, remote team coordination, and solar installation initiatives in Uganda. Previous roles at LEONI included Project Management Intern, Sales and Finance Intern, and Design Engineering Intern. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
