Nemanja Simic

Nemanja Simic began their work experience in 2018 at Kromberg & Schubert, where they initially worked as a Process Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as creating time calculations, conducting HC analysis, and optimizing workplace design. Later, Nemanja was promoted to the position of Industrial Engineering Team Leader for Special Processes. In this leadership role, they managed the day-to-day activities of the team, motivated team members to achieve organizational goals, and delegated tasks to team members. In 2022, Nemanja joined LEONI as the Head of Production and Industrial Engineering.

Nemanja Simic completed their Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in 2016. Nemanja then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering in Nis, which they completed in 2019.
