Rui Jorge currently serves as Global Operations Manager at LEONI since May 2015. Previously, Rui held the position of Director Geral at TPE from 2009 to 2010 and spent over two decades at Delphi Automotive Systems from October 1985 to March 2008, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering activities across multiple countries and managing manufacturing systems design, investment definition, and product industrialization. Rui's expertise in engineering change management and continuous improvement is rooted in Lean Principles. Earlier career roles include Engineering Manager at Delphi Packard Romania and various positions at Volkswagen Autoeuropa from 1992 to 1996. Rui holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed between 1976 and 1982.
