Rui Silva has extensive experience in production management and engineering, primarily with LEONI since July 2015, where Rui holds the positions of Production Manager and Project Manager, overseeing prototypes and first samples for various customers, including CUMMINS and PERKINS. Previously, Rui served as a Production Process Engineer, providing support to improve production quality systems for MAN and DAIMLER in Romania, along with implementing production concepts for KAMAZ in Russia. Rui's earlier roles include managing assembly lines for AGCO, CAT, and JCB, focusing on continuous improvement and process development. Rui's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from Instituto Politécnico do Cávado e do Ave and a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade do Minho, complemented by an internship experience at Bosch Industrial Portugal.
