Seidy Kim

Seidy Kim has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Lider de Aprendizaje y Desarrollo Organizacional at LEONI since February 2017. In this role, Seidy coordinates training activities and organizational development projects across Mexico while proposing process improvements. Prior to this, Seidy held positions at MPL Consultores S.A. de C.V. and PCC Airfoils, focusing on recruitment, talent attraction, and training program implementation. Seidy's background also includes a professional residency at INTTELMEX, where essential training methodologies were reviewed and developed. Academically, Seidy holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán.
