Boris Frank has a diverse work experience in the film and television industry. Boris currently holds the position of Director of Subsidies & Public Policy at LEONINE Studios. Prior to this, they worked as a Policy Advisor and Advisor to the Board and the CEO at Allianz Deutscher Produzenten – Film & Fernsehen. Their roles at Allianz also included managing European affairs and conducting research. Additionally, Boris served as the Managing Director at Carl Laemmle Producers Award, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Producer at Indifilm. Overall, Boris Frank has a strong background in policy, production, and leadership roles in the entertainment industry.

Boris Frank began their education journey in 2003 at the University of Bremen, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Media Informatics. Boris completed this program in 2007 and then went on to further enhance their knowledge in the field of Film and TV production. From 2007 to 2012, Boris attended Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, where they pursued an equivalent Master degree in International Producing, earning a Diplom. In 2011, Boris attended a master class at UCLA, focusing specifically on Film and TV production.
