They began their career at Creative Artists Agency, supporting project development, and progressed to roles at Generate Management and Collins Avenue, where they developed original programming for major networks. As the current VP of Development at Leopard USA, they lead the creative and operational strategy for unscripted series, managing budgets and driving projects from concept to delivery. Additionally, Mitchell is the founder and owner of The Sprouted Nut Company, showcasing their entrepreneurial spirit.
