Grant Bitner

Grant Bitner is an Associate Microbiologist at Leprino Foods since April 2024, bringing extensive experience in microbiology and laboratory settings. Prior roles include Microbiology Laboratory Technician at Eurofins, Fermentation Laboratory Supervisor at meati™, and Laboratory Associate at Meati Foods. Grant's earlier experience includes working as a Biological Field Technician at Vector Disease Control International. Educationally, Grant Bitner graduated from South Carroll High School and the Carroll County Career and Technical Center, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at the same institution.
