Mike Forrest

Mike Forrest has a strong background in operations, supply chain management, and strategy. Mike is currently the Chief Operating Officer at LePrix, starting in June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Supply Chain & Strategy Consultant at ABIO from May 2022 to June 2023. Mike also has experience at UrbanStems, where they served as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain Management from November 2017 to April 2022. During their time at UrbanStems, they successfully scaled the business and implemented various growth strategies. Prior to UrbanStems, Mike worked at Optoro, first as a Transportation & Supply Chain Manager from May 2014 to December 2015, then as a Senior Account Analyst from December 2015 to December 2016, and finally as a Manager, Client Success from December 2016 to November 2017. Mike played a significant role in improving carrier management and reducing costs at Optoro. Before that, Mike had positions at Adcom Worldwide as a Sales Representative in 2013 and at Forward Air as an Account Manager from February 2012 to May 2013 and as a Regional Carrier Manager from September 2011 to February 2012. Mike achieved notable results in terms of revenue, operational efficiency, and customer service at Forward Air. Mike also gained valuable experience as a Logistics Management Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation in 2011 and as a Marketing Team Intern at MEININGER Hotels from June 2010 to August 2010.
