Raj Kumar is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in RF planning, optimization, and regulatory operations. Currently serving as Project Lead at Lepton Software since March 2019, Raj has previously held significant roles at Tata Teleservices Ltd and MTS - Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, where responsibilities included managing RF regulatory reports, conducting audits, and overseeing site rollouts. With a foundational role as an RF Engineer at various companies, Raj has extensive experience in site surveys and drive testing, complemented by a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from IMS Engineering College Ghaziabad.
