Rajesh Narayanan

Rajesh Narayanan has over 27 years of work experience in the banking and digital transformation space. Rajesh began their career in 1994 as a Technical Consultant at Datacons Private Limited. From 1998 to 2001, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Mashreqbank. Rajesh then joined Mindscape in 2001 as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for the GLOBUS Rollout and Infrastructure rollout to all the locations. In 2004, they joined First Gulf Bank as Applications Support Manager and Senior Manager, Business Solutions, Core Banking Applications Manager, IT. In 2014, they were appointed Head - Application Delivery at Finance House P.J.S.C. Rajesh then moved to Standard Chartered Global Business Services (formerly SCOPE International) in 2016 as a Senior Projects Manager. In 2017, they became a BFSI Specialist and Consultant on a freelance basis. In 2018, they joined NSS IT Consultants as Chief Technology Officer. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Practice Head - Banking and Digital Transformation at Lera Technologies.

Rajesh Narayanan began their educational journey in 1977 at Poorna Prajna Education Centre in Bangalore, where they completed their schooling in 1988. Rajesh then attended Sheshadripuram PUC College, where they obtained their High School degree in 1990. After that, they attended both Bangalore University and M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology in Bangalore, where they obtained a Bachelor's in Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering in 1994. Rajesh Narayanan also holds two certifications: a Certified ISO 20000:2011 Service Management Workshop from TUV SUD Middle East and a Certified ITIL - Foundation from APMG.
