Stuart Berman is a seasoned White-Collar Crime Defense/Appellate/Civil Litigation and Trial Attorney currently representing clients at Lerch, Early & Brewer since 2016. With a robust background as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Department of Justice, Berman has handled a wide range of cases, including corruption, fraud, and regulatory offenses. Previously, Berman served as an attorney at London and Mead, focusing on complex civil litigation and white-collar criminal investigations. Berman earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in History from Cornell University, both with distinction.
