Patrick Hedges

Patrick Hedges has a wealth of experience in various executive-level roles. Most recently, they served as SVP and Senior Operations Manager at LERETA, LLC since July 2018. Prior to that, they were with Bank of America from 2010 to 2018, where they led business operations efforts for the Enterprise Shared Services organization and delivered operational support programs to various departments. Before that, Patrick was the SVP of Operational Improvement at Balboa Insurance Group, leading data-driven performance assessment and improvement. Patrick also worked as a project management consultant, Director of Operations at On Assignment, and held various marketing and product development roles at PINKERTON | Corporate Risk Management Services.

Patrick Hedges completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Patrick then pursued a Masters - MBA in Business Administration at UCLA from 1991 to 1993.
