William Draves

William Draves is the current CEO at LERN, and they have been with the company since 1981. William started with them as a coordinator for continuing education at Kansas State University. From 1978-1981, they worked with University for Man and did outreach work to set up free universities in small towns in Kansas and Missouri. In 1981, they became the president of LERN and has been with the company ever since. Under their leadership, LERN has become one of the leading organizations for continuing education and lifelong learning.

William Draves' educational career includes a Masters in Adult Education from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
