Joseph V.

Joseph V. has a diverse work experience. Joseph currently works as a Full Stack Software Engineer at lapzo (by Lernit) since September 2021.

Prior to this, Joseph worked at Proyectos San Marcos where they held multiple roles. Joseph was a Project Management Office member from May 2021 to May 2022. Joseph also served as a Communication Management member from September 2019 to April 2021, during which time they upgraded the brand content with user-oriented strategies and achieved significant growth on social media platforms. Additionally, Joseph was a Publicity and Content Area Chief from May 2020 to December 2020, successfully implementing Scrum as a framework and achieving 14K likes on the brand's Facebook page. Joseph briefly served as a Brand and Publicity Area Chief in April 2020.

Before joining Proyectos San Marcos, Joseph worked as a Full Stack Development student at Codeable from October 2020 to March 2021. During this time, they gained proficiency in various technologies such as Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Javascript, React, Redux, HTML5, and CSS3. Joseph also acquired skills in methodologies like Kanban, Pair Programming, and Scrum, and developed soft skills such as assertive communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a founder's mentality.

Joseph V. began their education in 2018 at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Textile and Confections Engineering. Joseph completed their studies in this field in 2022.

In 2020, Joseph V. also enrolled at Codeable to further their education in Computer Science. During their enrollment from 2020 to 2021, they completed a program and obtained a certification as a Full Stack Web Developer.

In addition to their formal education, Joseph V. has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they received a certification in Design Thinking from the Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP. In the same month, they also obtained a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf. Furthermore, in December 2020, Joseph V. received a Kanban Foundation certification from the Kanban Institute. In July 2021, they obtained a Curso Interno de Gestión de Proyectos certificate from PMI Lima Perú Chapter.
