Mathieu Bauduin

Mathieu Baudin is an experienced retail executive with a robust background in management and operations within the retail sector. Currently serving as CEO of Leroy Merlin Romania since October 2014, Mathieu Baudin has held various regional and store management roles, including Directeur régional and Directeur de magasin. Prior to this, Mathieu Baudin worked at Auchan Retail from September 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing Auchan Drive Le Havre and managing sales in the electronics department. Mathieu Baudin's educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Économie de gestion and a License in Business Management from Université Le Havre Normandie, alongside a DUT in administrative and commercial management from IUT Poitiers-Niort-Châtellerault.
