Ignace PASTEUR is a founding member and current president of La Milpa Orléans since May 2021, responsible for administrative tasks, volunteer recruitment, budget oversight, and volunteer coordination. Since April 2015, Ignace has served as a project manager at LES CRUDETTES, leading the implementation of various management systems (WMS-TMS-YMS) across multiple sites while providing level 2 support for ERP solutions. Previous experience includes roles related to ERP logistics at LES CRUDETTES and as a research assistant at Kagawa University, where optimization of flaxseed oil powder production was undertaken. With an engineering degree specialized in information systems from AgroSup Dijon and a Master’s in business administration from IAE Dijon, Ignace possesses a strong background in agro-food technology, supply chain management, and team leadership in innovative business planning.
