Florian Brunner is a PhD student in Political Science and International Relations at Université Paris 8, specializing in the political authority of the High Representative in the context of the EU's international action from 2003 to 2022. In addition to research, Brunner is a member of the GIS EURO-LAB Group and a Young EuropaNova Fellow, engaging in projects and events related to the European Union.
