Florian Brunner

Florian Brunner is a PhD student in Political Science and International Relations at Université Paris 8, specializing in the political authority of the High Representative in the context of the EU's international action from 2003 to 2022. In addition to research, Brunner is a member of the GIS EURO-LAB Group and a Young EuropaNova Fellow, engaging in projects and events related to the European Union. Brunner founded and serves as President of the Think Tank "Europe and Democracy," focusing on European and international issues. Contributions as a columnist for Les Echos and Le Taurillon highlight expertise in European diplomacy. Brunner has received the Henri Rieben Scholarship for 2023-2024 and has conducted extensive interviews for the thesis, totaling approximately sixty hours.
