Lisa Schmidt

Lisa Schmidt is the Vice President of Human Resources at Lesaffre Corp., where they currently lead HR and communications initiatives. With over a decade of generalist experience and seven years in management, Lisa has a strong background in compensation and benefits, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development. Prior to joining Lesaffre, they served as Director of Human Resources & Communications at Weiman Products, LLC, successfully executing two acquisitions and leading HR team development. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
