Kendall Smith

Kendall Smith is the Group Legal Counsel for Lesaka Technologies Inc., specializing in financial regulation, corporate, commercial, and administrative law since 2023. With extensive experience in corporate transactions, M&A, corporate governance, and various forms of litigation, they have demonstrated a robust ability to navigate complex legal landscapes. Previously, Kendall worked as a Candidate Attorney and later as a Senior Associate Attorney at Pike | Law, and served as a Legal Theory Tutor at Rhodes University. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Legal Theory and Political & International Studies from Rhodes University.
