Maherah Osman

Maherah Osman began their work experience in 2016 as a Substitute Teacher at Parkhurst Primary School, where they worked until December 2017. In 2018, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Project Manager for a period of eight months. Later that year, in August, they started working at Lesaka Technologies Inc. as an HR Officer, a role they held until April 2022. Maherah then transitioned to the position of Compliance Monitor at the same company in May 2022. Additionally, in 2020, Maherah briefly worked as a Freelance Writer for Opera News South Africa from April to June.

Maherah Osman obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree in Law from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, which they pursued from 2018 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, spanning from 2015 to 2017. In 2022, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Risk Management from MANCOSA.
