Rayno Grundmann

Rayno Grundmann has extensive experience in health and safety management, beginning as a Safety Officer at Eskom from 2011 to 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring a safe work environment and coaching employees on safety practices. Since July 2015, Rayno has served as a Health and Safety Environment Officer at Lesedi Nuclear Services, alongside a role as Health and Safety Officer since May 2015, focusing on management meetings and planning SHE committee meetings. Rayno also briefly returned to Eskom in early 2015, contributing to SHE implementation and coaching activities. Educational qualifications include completion of high school at Boland Agricultural High School and training in SAMTRAC/IRCA.
