About Lesley-Anne Cavendish is a passionate children’s author dedicated to nurturing curiosity, kindness, and cultural understanding through imaginative storytelling.

As the creator of Rainbow Travel Bridge with Olly & Friends, Lesley-Anne brings the world closer to young readers, inviting them to explore new countries, discover different traditions, and celebrate the beauty of diversity — one story at a time.

Over 25 years ago, Lesley-Anne was the founder of Krazy Kolor T-Shirts, a vibrant character-led brand that brought bold colour and joyful designs to London high street stores. Her original characters and creative artwork were supplied to retailers, film companies, and magazines, capturing attention with their playful spirit and imaginative energy.

Today, she has lovingly brought those characters back — not on fabric, but on the pages of a book.

Through vibrant storytelling and beautifully illustrated adventures, Lesley-Anne reintroduces her world of colour and creativity in a new form, designed to inspire a new generation of young readers.

Her writing blends adventure with meaningful life lessons, gently encouraging children to ask questions, listen carefully, and treat others with respect. Through engaging characters and global journeys, she inspires confidence, empathy, and a joyful love of reading.

Lesley-Anne believes that stories are more than entertainment — they are bridges. Bridges that connect children to the wider world. Bridges that help young minds grow braver, kinder, and more curious with every page turned.

With a focus on preschool and primary readers, her books are loved by families, welcomed in classrooms, and designed to support early geography, cultural awareness, and social-emotional learning.

Through her work, Lesley-Anne Cavendish continues to inspire young explorers everywhere to dream big, think kindly, and discover the world with open hearts
