Mike Lim has been working in the digital marketing and analytics field since 2014. Mike started their career at I3 Precision Pte Ltd as a Product Development Manager. In 2015, they joined the Web Analytics Master at \u4e00\u822c\u793e\u56e3\u6cd5\u4eba\u30a6\u30a7\u30d6\u89e3\u6790\u58eb\u5354\u4f1a and was also an Adjunct Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore. In the same year, they also joined Digital Marketing Consulting Pte Ltd as a Digital Marketing Analytics Consultant and InsightOut as a Managing Director. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore Polytechnic. In 2020, they were appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Lesson Plan and also became an Adjunct Lecturer at Nanyang Polytechnic. In 2021, they were appointed Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Singapore and in 2022, they became an Advisor at Paladium Technologies.

Mike Lim holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they obtained between 2010 and 2013. In 2012, they participated in an exchange programme at Koç University. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Lithan Hall. In 2015, they obtained a Web Analytics Master from Web Analytics Association Singapore. Additionally, Mike Lim holds certifications from Google, 一般社団法人ウェブ解析士協会, and NI (National Instruments). These certifications include a Google Analytics Individual Qualification GAIQ (2019), Senior Web Analytics Consultant (2015), Web Analytics Master (2015), Associate Web Analytics Consultant (2015), and Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer (2012).
