Dion van Meurs

Dion van Meurs has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Dion began their career in 2018 as a Peercoach at Hogeschool Rotterdam, where they provided support and guidance to students. In 2019, they took on the role of Development Intern at LessonUp, where they gained experience in software development. Later that year, they joined Internetdiensten Nederland as a Project Assistant, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they honed their project management skills. Dion also completed a Research Internship at Schoolblocks in 2021, further expanding their knowledge and skills. In 2022, they worked as a Horeca Medewerker at Diergaarde Blijdorp. The following year, they became an Indie Game Developer, showcasing their creativity and passion. Currently, Dion is a Junior Software Engineer at LessonUp, where they continue to grow in their technical abilities.

Dion van Meurs began their education in 2015 at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, pursuing a degree in Lerarenopleiding Wiskunde. Dion completed their Propedeuse in this field of study in 2016. Following this, in 2016, they attended the University of Antwerp where they focused on Engels - Theater-, Film- en Literatuurwetenschap. However, no specific degree is mentioned for this period.
