Esmée Ram has a diverse work experience. Esmée began their career in 2014 as a Hospitality Assistant at Landgoed de Olmenhorst. Esmée then worked as a Bartender at Hotel van Oranje, Autograph Collection® and an Online Marketing Intern at the same company. In 2016, they were a Cateringassistent at Taat & Friends. In 2017, they were a Marketing Intern at MTV and a Thesis Student at Viacom International Media Networks Benelux. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager at Join - Influencer Marketing Platform. Currently, they are a Team Lead Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at LessonUp.

Esmée Ram has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. In 2016, they attended Universidad Europea de Valencia for Marketing. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher General Secondary Education in Economics & Society from Rijnlands Lyceum Sassenheim between 2008 and 2014. Additionally, they have two certifications: an International Business Week from Southampton Solent University obtained in April 2016 and a Dutch Language Certificate C2 from Hogeschool Taal obtained in March 2016.
