Derek Rischke

Derek Rischke is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and brand development. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Lethbridge Polytechnic since July 2022, Derek leads the creation and execution of paid search and social media campaigns. Prior to this role, Derek spent two decades at Masco Canada Limited, where responsibilities included serving as Marketing Manager, focusing on organizational development and strategic planning across multiple brands, as well as roles as Marketing Brand Specialist and Senior Graphic Designer. Earlier experience includes a position as Graphic Designer/Marketing Support at Mail Boxes Etc. Corporate Office, where Derek enhanced brand awareness and developed promotional campaigns. Derek holds degrees in Graphic Design & Advertising from Humber College and completed management courses at the Schulich School of Business, along with additional coursework in Art & Art History at Carleton University and Web3 courses at IAC Academy.
