Shravan Charya

Shravan Charya has a long and varied work experience. Shravan started their career in 1997 as an Operations Manager at Bee Seng Brunei (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries). Shravan then moved to Indus Globalshine in 2004 as a Director. In 2005, they became the Head of Supply Chain at Exceed Technologies. In 2006, they joined Accenture as a Consultant. In 2007, they joined HCL Technologies as Regional Head (APAC) of Microsoft Business Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics Practice Lead (North America) and Associate General Manager of Procurement & Commercial. In 2011, they joined Nomura as Vice President & Head of Strategic Sourcing, where they headed the Strategic Sourcing and Cost Management Function for both Trade (Financial Markets / IB) & Non-Trade (Operations) Cost Base of the firm. Also in 2011, they founded Lets Corp (S) Pte Ltd and built LetsCareerUp.com to a $100M valuation in five years. Shravan is also the inventor of 21 patents granted by the Government of Singapore. In 2017, they founded SocioLadder Group, a partner of choice in the global charity and social transformation sector. In 2022, they became the Founder Patron of LetsCast and the Chief Strategy Advisor of Stealth Mode - Clean Energy.

Shravan Charya completed their B.Com in Commerce & Accounting from the University of Madras between 1993 and 1996. Shravan then became an Associate Member of CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply. Subsequently, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management from the D B Jain Institute of Management, specializing in Finance, Supply Chain and International Business.
