Ailsa Connolly

Ailsa Connolly is an experienced professional with a background in account management and client onboarding, currently serving as an Onboarding Executive at Let's Do This since July 2025. Previously, Ailsa held the role of Account Manager at Integrum ESG from May 2023 to August 2025 and worked as an Insights Consultant at One Picture from May 2021 to May 2023. Ailsa began the career as a Student Intern at Look Good Feel Better NZ, where project management and administrative coordination were key responsibilities. Ailsa also gained valuable experience as an intern with the United Nations Association of New Zealand, contributing to research and policy analysis on educational goals. Ailsa has a strong foundation in event coordination, customer service, and office administration from roles at Boston University Athletic Department, New Zealand Fire Doors, and Eden's Orchards. Ailsa earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University, complemented by further studies at the Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies.
