Cynthia Suarez is an equity-centered and transformational leader with over 14 years of experience in educational settings, currently serving as the Director of Student Support at Let's Get Ready. Previously, they were a College Advisor at Texas State University and held various leadership roles at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where they significantly improved college placement rates. Cynthia has also worked as a College Completion Coach at PelotonU and led innovative programs to support adult learners.
