Let’s Grow Preston is a Preston-based charity improving mental health and community wellbeing through gardening and horticultural activities.

We believe in collaboration, not competition — building resilience in individuals and communities through volunteering, food growing, training, and inclusive community projects.

We support a growing network of community gardens and friends of open spaces across the PR postcode, helping local groups share resources, knowledge, and opportunities.

From growing food at home and on allotments to supporting local green spaces, our work helps people feel healthier, more confident, and more connected (to nature and to each other!).

We also work with businesses to deliver:
👉 Corporate volunteer days
👉 CSR & ESG partnerships
👉 Long-term community impact initiatives
