Carly Shira is currently the Head of Customer Development at Highlight, a position held since 2024. Previously, Carly gained experience as a Marketing, Production, and Editorial Intern at Pandata Corp - RRMediaGroup in 2013. Carly also served as an Honors Fellow and a research assistant in the Economics Department at the College of William and Mary from 2012 to 2015, where they executed self-directed research and analyzed employment data. Additionally, Carly co-founded Lafayette Kids, a mentoring program aimed at supporting academic achievement in a Williamsburg housing community, which is now sustainably funded.
