Priyanka Carr

Priyanka Carr is the President and COO at Highlight, where they leverage their data-driven and empathetic approach to team building and problem-solving. Currently a fellow and scholar at Stanford University, Priyanka is researching the intersection of motivational systems and LLMs while advising various companies as they explore new opportunities. Prior to this, they spent nearly nine years in executive roles at SurveyMonkey, culminating as COO, and also held a consulting position at Bain & Company. Priyanka holds a BA from Williams College and is pursuing a PhD in Psychological Science at Stanford.
