With a decade of experience in the SaaS industry, they have effectively scaled customer success and support teams at various venture-backed startups through all stages, from pre-seed to acquisition. Prior to their current role, Stefanie served as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at DISQO, joining the team after its acquisition of Feedback Loop. Their educational journey in Culinary Arts is ongoing at the Institute of Culinary Education.
