Therapist / Coach for high-achievers and entrepreneurs. Living the dream in San Francisco.

Resolving depression, anxiety, shaky self-esteem, overcontrol, and irritability. Specialty areas: links between trauma and achievement, narcissistic relationships, and family estrangement.

I also help founders solve people problems through clinically informed coaching. Focus areas: conflict mediation, burnout, communication skills for working with difficult people, transitions, and ADHD.

I'm a Stanford and Columbia trained Clinician, Founder Coach for YCombinator, StartX, & TechStars companies, former start-up founder, and career changer from Marketing at Microsoft & the start-up scene.

Named "best therapist for stress & anger". Moderated workshops on Founders' Mental Health, Imposter Syndrome, Psychology of Job Searching, Crucial Conversations, & Work-Life Integration for StartX, Microsoft, and Bay Area start-ups.

I hustle for perfection — and sometimes I remember to chill out and have fun.

I apply evidence-based frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Radically Open DBT Skills, Motivational Interviewing (MI), the High Conflict Institute model, Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I co-authored research confirming the heightened prevalence of mental health challenges among entrepreneurs and their families. Published in Small Business Economics Journal, TechCrunch, & Inc. Magazine.

I started a Career Changers Scholarship for high-achievers becoming therapists to help fill the clinician shortage.

I also manage office spaces.
