👋 Hi, I’m Hayley Dawson! Founder of Let's Talk Human Skills – a career development consultancy with a mission to help people work well together and future-proof their careers.

In the age of AI, remote work, and increasing lack of connection, I believe the key to career success is being as human as possible.

That’s why, I combine research-backed ideas, stories, and practical tools to support employees to build their human skills.

I do this through delivering talks and facilitating workshops for corporate and educational organisations. Recent clients include Sidara, Breakthrough Social Enterprise, and University College London.

People use the same four words to describe learning experiences by Let’s Talk Human Skills: warm, engaging, valuable, and practical.

💬 I also host Let’s Talk… an in-person conversation series that brings people together over bright guest speakers and a desire to build great careers. Collaboration ideas are welcome – I'm always on the lookout for guest speakers, venues, sponsors and attendees.
