Nirav Nimish Shah

Nirav Nimish Shah is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as Co-Founder of UltraGenius since November 2021, Shah is involved in building an AI tech talent network that connects companies with vetted AI professionals. As Founder and Fractional CTO of LetsAlign, Shah focuses on crafting technology strategies that align with business objectives. Previous roles include fellow at the Startup Leadership Program, software developer in quantitative trading at UBS, technology consultant at the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs, and teaching fellow at Columbia University. Shah holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
