Tim Aston's work experience begins in 1996 when they founded Shine Design. tim then worked as the Marketing Director at edge ipk from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they founded and directed iQeQ Limited, a consultancy that helps organizations deliver personalized customer interactions. tim was involved in projects for organizations such as HBOS, Bank of Ireland, Colchester Council, and HSBC. At HBOS, they developed a conversational selling solution that increased retail sales by over 8%+ across the UK branch network. In 2010, they founded and directed emoquo limited, a cloud-based digital coaching and people analytics platform for the workplace. The platform provided emotional intelligence guidance and real-time emotional analytics to unlock human potential. Currently, they are the founder of Click, starting in 2021.
