Andrew Tarimo

Andrew Tarimo serves as the Board Audit Committee Chairman at Lumen Media Group since October 2021 and holds a position in Group Finance at Letshego since November 2021. Previously, Andrew was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Letshego Bank Tanzania from October 2018 to November 2021. Andrew's career also includes roles as Finance and Administration Manager and Finance Manager at EFC Microfinance Bank and Ag Head of Internal Audit at FBME Bank Tanzania Limited. During tenure at Ernst & Young, Andrew worked as a Senior Auditor, focusing on audit, statutory financial statements, and donor-funded projects. Andrew's educational qualifications include becoming a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants and obtaining degrees in law, tax administration, and accounting from renowned institutions. In addition, Andrew is a Registered Tax Consultant with the Tanzania Revenue Authority.
