Herwin Tsowaseb

Herwin Tsowaseb is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and regulatory affairs. Beginning a career at FNB Namibia as a Regulatory Officer and Accountant, Herwin then progressed to Standard Bank Namibia, serving in several key roles, including Credit Manager for Business & Commercial, Acting Head of Credit for Personal and Private Banking, and Senior Manager of Credit Risk, before transitioning to Letshego as Head of Credit. Academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Development Finance from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Financial Management Sciences and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from the University of South Africa.
