Crystal Waldroup possesses extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management, with current roles at REV focusing on supply chain activities and at Inchcape Shipping Services as Senior Manager of Marine Supply Chain Solutions. During tenure at Inchcape, significant achievements include negotiating vendor agreements, managing an annual spend of $56 million, and establishing a streamlined vendor base, reducing vendor count from 17,000 to 1,500. Prior to this, Crystal co-owned Southeast Texas Janitorial Services, enhancing operational efficiencies and safety processes. Additional experience includes leading procurement projects and implementing significant system improvements at Upon Request, as well as purchasing roles at Schlumberger. Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ashworth College and furthered education with the Association of Ship Brokers and Agents.
